Merge records workflow action #17409
Description
Scope & Context
We are ingesting company data from our data pipeline and companies are filling in contact forms from our websites. That causes duplicates in our CRM. It is a hassle to merge them manually and for some reason we can merge up to 9 records.
Current behavior
On the Workflow definition page there is no "merge record" action.
Expected behavior
Ideally we would have a workflow that searches for duplicates and merges the newly created record with the existing one(s). It shouldn't be limited to 9 records also.
