Create a MTRL claim portal

Add a claim portal on Profile whereby early alpha and beta users will be able to claim MTRL tokens on Elastos Smart Contract chain and Ethereum blockchain. This will showcase to users how cheap it is to transact on Elastos compared to Ethereum. This is a great way to market Elastos and showcase the benefits of Elastos over Ethereum.

@mfaizanatiq feel free to decide whether we need a new page for this or if we can add this as a tab to an existing page(on dashboard or activities page?)

This claim page will be used for a number of things:

• Alpha users claim
• Beta users claim
• Rewards accumulated so far based on the activities on Profile
• Rewards for Ambassadors(based on the referrals and the activities of their referred users on Profile)

We might have to keep some tab for rewards and show available rewards.
I am thinking of a card listing with avail rewards listed there. Let me work on these issues during the weekend and update you on them.
