Received response from iRobot:

You can safely charge the battery to 100% without worrying about shortening its lifespan. 
Lithium-ion batteries, like the one in your robot, are designed to handle full charges without significant degradation. 
However, it’s important to note that the overall battery life depends on how the robot is used. 
Factors such as cleaning frequency, runtime, and environmental conditions can all influence the battery’s longevity.

Additionally, please keep in mind that the typical lifespan of lithium-ion batteries is between 2 to 3 years.
Over time, it’s natural for the battery to gradually lose some capacity, but this is a normal part of its lifecycle.
