Essa issue é uma regressão.

Exemplo: acessando https://brasil.io/dataset/covid19/caso_full/?is_last=true teremos erro no formulário, já acessando https://brasil.io/dataset/covid19/caso_full/?is_last=True não temos erro.

@turicas estou olhando algumas issues abertas pra ver se tem algo pequeno para fazer e me acostumar com o projeto. Me parece que essa issue foi resolvida. Acho que pode ser fechada, nao?
