Maybe this could also be optionally done in the background and display the total number of errors somewhere.

This would be like a kind of "unit testing" for grammars and ease the finding of errors.

I agree that automated testing on large groups of inputs provides valuable insight into the behavior of your parser. At this time, I don't know how this feature could be integrated into the UI, but we will certainly consider including it in a future release.
