How to use coefficient encoding in v6

Until v4, the ckks encoder had EncodeCoeffs, which allowed to encode directly with coefficients.
In v6, schemes/ckks/encoder.go describes about coefficient encoding.
However, the EncodeCoeffs function has been removed, so coefficient encoding is no longer possible.
How can I do coefficient encoding in v6?

You can set the flag IsBatched of the plaintext to false before encoding (or decoding)
