Hacky Gurobi-conan file #2
Description
We have a rather hacky conanfile for Gurobi. There was a somewhat clean version for conan1 by @phillip-keldenich. I converted it to conan2 (with Phillip's help), but it is very hacky. As we need it for various projects, it may be worthwhile to clean it up.
