Embeded Subtitle not loading

Great work. I love it. This is truly a one-click solution for deploying Stremio. Thank you very much.

By the way, I'm having trouble with the embedded subtitles. For some reason, the embedded subtitles won't load from the file/torrent. I don't know if it's an issue with the web player or something else. It's a bit disappointing if you want to watch a new series and it doesn't have external subtitles.

i tested and do not have such issue with the embedded subtitles.

a troubleshooting test for you to do is inspect the page and in Network section search for vtt and see if there are any errors.

you could also try to point the server url directly to 11470 or 12470 to see if it works with having direct access to server and bypassing nginx. make sure AUTO_SERVER_URL=0 when you do this.

it could be that its a specific issue with the stream you are trying to watch and not all of them.

I created this PR : #129 which might help but as I said it works for me so I don't see why it would.

You're right. Some embedded subtitles (especially for anime) won't appear in the web client, either on the official site (web.stremio.com/app.strem.io) or on the self-hosted site. However, it works fine in the Windows version.
