Setting up this container behind a reverse proxy (Swag)

The documentation mentions several methods to adding a custom domain but requires a cert to be uploaded. How can I set up this container to run behind SWAG in Unraid with a custom domain and a cert managed by SWAG? I created a SWAG config file and can access the web ui, but can't seem to get the whole thing running locally. SWAG comes with a lot of sample app config files, it would be really helpful if one existed for Stremio.
