Remove the AI endpoint => applicable for V 2.0

Currently there is an endpoint that exposes AI functionally through the REST endpoints. That endpoint becomes usable when the appropriate Environment Variables are set while running the api server.

For the upcoming release V2.0 that endpoint should not be available even if those env vars are available.

We should introduce compile time feature to enable/disable it.

This also means the associated DB migrations should move to it's own table.
