With the base minidriver

• SimultaneousUse:
  Couldn't find a key container protected by ROLE_USER
• ExecutionSpeed no more info on the reason of the failure. It is known that the NK3 is pretty slow for many operations
• :InsCheckInf`:
  • Support EF.ATR and EF.DIR apdu-dispatch#25
• CardGetChallenge and CardAuthenticateChallenge: Not sure what this correspond to in the PIV standard. The ADMIN authentication is a form of challenge-response
• CardRsaDecrypt: Not fully understood
