loading adjacency set with other smoothing kernels

Hello,

I am trying to run my regression with 5mm smoothing. I am using the flag in the regression step (-f 05B) however it still says it is loading the 3mm adjacency set. Is this correct or a bug? Thanks!

Hi Alex,

This is not a bug. The adjacency for TFCE and the FWHM smoothing (it's from Freesurfer) are not equivalent.
