They have a Rust library: https://crates.io/crates/landlock

My immediate question is: does an appropriate userspace binary exist?

There's this: https://github.com/landlock-lsm/rust-landlock/blob/049ef733186d7e131ae151849e4f5a24cb4ba9d7/examples/sandboxer.rs#L85

But I cannot immediately tell what it does / how easy it would be to integrate with build-wrap.
