a little question about ip adresses and users

Hello from Turkey!
i have a lot of ipv6 adresses in a vps server.
i try use thoose ipv6 adresses in diffrent vps server.
if i understand true i can do that with algo vpn. but question is;
can I add all ipv6 adresses to vpn with a single host?
can a single user connect to the internet by listing all the ipv6 addresses and selecting any one they want?
I would be very happy if you could tell me as if I was 5 years old :)
