feat: suggestion: show whether build is latest #3627

What problem does this solve?

At the moment you need to check GitHub to see whether there’s been a new build.

Proposed solution

In the bottom left hand corner you show the currently running build. I’d suggest turning this italic and maybe adding an asterisk if there’s a newer build available.
