Logging in json/slog?

Would you be open to changing the logging format to be in json?

go has log/slog which lets you output in json when you have structure to your logs.

eg

2024/12/19 15:42:02 Updating detection: Black Phoebe with confidence: 0.98, source: malgo, count: 2

would become something like

{"timestamp":"2024/12/19 15:42:02","action":"Updating detection","common_name":"Black Phoebe","confidence":0.98,"source":"malgo","count":2}

this would facilitate more robust log processing, etc.

generally you can fall back to text mode logging, potentionally with a config or runtime flag.
