file transfer issues with large files

not sure if this is a columba issue or a reticulum issue in general, but large file transfers in chat (in my case an image above 5mb) causes reticulum to hang and to no longer connect and give errors, requiring me to kill the columba app to restart the stack and get it to work again

There's a setting in Columba to change the incoming file size limit, which I believe defaults to 1MB. I believe the propagation node default limit is 256KB. So to reliably send larger files it will take some coordination with your recipient to ensure their file limit is sufficiently high.

But, the hanging and errors are not expected, and probably a bug with reticulum-kt (or Columba's integration with it). You can try the python version to see if it works better for you. I will investigate on the kotlin build when I can.
