Add possibility to block voice call spammers

I'm sure many of us have received voice calls from spambots recently.
The problem is, when the call is rejected, there's no history anywhere about this, which means no way to add caller to blocked users.
Maybe another solution would be bocking calls from unknown users, or add Block caller button to incoming call screen?

Good solution! I was thinking "only allow calls from contacts" was a good compromise.

Can confirm a lot of spam calls recently.
