Missing call history + request for "contacts only" call filter

Hi! Two related issues I ran into while using Columba 1.0.2-beta on Android 15.

1. No call history (critical)
   After receiving a call, there is no way to see who called. The incoming call screen shows only the caller's display name and accept/decline buttons — no identity hash, no option to block from the call screen. Once the call ends, no record is kept anywhere in the app.
   This makes it impossible to:

See who called when I missed a call
Get the caller's identity hash to block them after the fact
Review my call activity at all

For comparison, MeshChatX (desktop) keeps a full call history with identity hashes, timestamps, durations, and a "block" button on each entry.
This is currently a serious gap — the only way to block a spam caller is to find them in the announce list and block them preemptively by display name, which is unreliable (display names are not unique and can be spoofed).
2. Feature request: "Calls from contacts only" filter
A global toggle in Settings to drop incoming LXST calls from any identity that is not in my contacts. This would protect against spam callers without requiring me to manually identify and block each new identity.
In Reticulum, creating a fresh identity takes seconds, so per-identity blocking is not enough on its own — a whitelist-style filter is the only real defense against persistent spammers.
Optionally, the same logic could apply to LXMF messages.
MeshChatX already has this setting on desktop ("Accept calls from contacts only"), and it works well. It would be great to have parity on Android.

agreed, friend of mine kept getting spam calls on columba (what a weird thing to happen on reticulum lol) from a single identity that would not show up in announces so we couldn't block it until i managed to find an old announce with the same hash on my own columba and sent him the full identity for him to block

@torlando-tech this is a critical security issue and adding a "accept calls from contacts only" option is extremely necessary because if there ever comes a time where an RCE exploit through LXST happens, not having this option will be a significant security risk

Totally agree on all accounts. I have been heads down on chasing bugs in reticulum-kt and lxmd-kt so I'm hesitant to add any bigger features like this until the foundation is stable. But, I will prioritize this highly. Thanks for your patience.

v2.0.0 has a two part feature add to address this:

1. Voice calls can be globally disabled from Settings -> Voice Call Permission
2. Settings -> Privacy has a new toggle to allow voice calls only from contacts

I've only tested this feature on the python/RNS build, not the kotlin build (yet).

Re: call history, I haven't thought enough yet about where this should live in the UI. I'll leave this issue open until I've added the call history.

you should take the WhatsApp approach to calls, where the call shows up on a new chat (i.e. you get a call, it shows as missed call on a new [peer] chat on the chats screen)
