Invalid search functionalities.

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

• Login to app.
• Search the project with Text "DummyText " (with space char at end of the search text)

Expected behavior

• Should not list any project.
• Text should be trimmed (at Client and server/API side) before pulling the data from DB.

@drasticdpk the search is exactly same as we have in Project app as of now, so as long as people are able to find their projects via searching, we should be good and should not worry about edge cases. Having said that, I think, handling trimming of the text is definitely something which we can handle at UI side which might help in accidental spaces in search key.
Tip: If you want to search a project which has exact keywords Dummy Text, please use double quotes i.e. "Dummy Test".

@vikasrohit - I will take this out of the project for the time being. When we get to improvements on the "all projects/challenges/tasks" view, I will take searching into account.
