Some label is not in consistent way.

To Reproduce / Actual Behavior

1. Go to Challenge Add/Edit page.
   reference : https://challenges.topcoder-dev.com/projects/16541/challenges/a6467f63-b0d0-4a2e-9455-27ea7bcd83ea/edit
2. Observe the label. Some word has not capitalize the first letter. eg Timeline template.

Expected behavior
All label of application should be consistent way. i.e capitalize the first letter of each word.

@drasticdpk hold on such UI issues for now as there is going to be proper designing of the app and we might not have anything from current interface.
