Steps to Reproduce

Open topcoder.com
Click Sign Up -> I'm The Talent
Fill in the Sign Up form and enter a Username/handle containing. @ character
Notice if the UI flags the error before submitting the form
Click on Sign Up
Check the spec at https://marvelapp.com/prototype/9hihec1/screen/78977371

Invalid characters if used in Username/Handle should be flagged before submitting the Sign Up form (similar to Password)
