@dhruvit-r - We're QA'ing the skill changes in dev and have run into some issues.

We're testing with tester1234 / appirio123

Here's a sample challenge created:

Note that the skill is showing as a tag, which is incorrect. Topcoder-X shouldn't be adding tags anymore, and the skills should be added through the API - specifically /v5/standardized-skills/challenge-skills/${challengeId}, which I updated the helper to use last week.
