[$100] search reset

Describe issue:
There's no clear way to clear your search after getting an "error" message. See below

How to reproduce:

1. search Jave in search bar
2. see error message
3. no way to reset search

Expected behavior:

1. the search bar show still be visible with the error message
2. add "x" to the search bar to clear search
