Issue with SRM Rating Graph #1245
Description
Square1001 reported the following issue:
"I found a bug in my SRM rating graph.
If you see https://www.topcoder.com/members/square1001/details/?track=DATA_SCIENCE&subTrack=SRM (my rating graph for SRM), you can see that my first rating is 1308, but it's actually my second rating - my first rating is 1552.
Also, I participated in SRM 714, but there are no plot of SRM 714."
