Multiple agent scenario.

Will scenario 1 will work if i have multiple agents to accept the requests sent from user?
I tried this thing but it fails if 2 or more users are on the same channel, it is saying you are already connected to user. But if users are on two different channels it is working fine.

Please help me this.

Hi @SonuPriya21 did you find anything related to this? I started working on this and I am using MS Teams as a channel.
