rtkpost - covariance matrix

After processing a vector with rtkpost, the pos-file contains output like this:

Is there any way to get more decimals for these values? In my example, sdyz = 0.0000, but i guess it differs from zero with more decimals. Other software usually present the covariance matrix with more significant digits than this.
