END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
By downloading, accessing, or using this repository and its source code (the "Software"), you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for personal, educational, and evaluation purposes. The version provided here serves as the Free Edition; access to advanced PRO features requires a valid license key purchased from official channels.

2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
a) Use this Software or any part of its source code for direct or indirect commercial gain without a separate commercial agreement.
b) Redistribute, rent, lease, sub-license, host, or sell the Software or any modified version thereof.
c) Incorporate this source code, logic, or structure into any commercial software, translation tools, or platforms monetized by subscriptions or advertisements.
d) Modify the Software for the purpose of removing licensing restrictions, PRO-version gating mechanisms, copyright notices, or attribution headers.

3. EDUCATIONAL AND EVALUATION USE
This source code is provided for transparency and learning. You may review the code, compile it locally, and run it on your personal machine to understand its mechanics or to evaluate its functionality before deciding to purchase the PRO version. Any redistribution of modified versions that bypass the PRO license system is strictly prohibited.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS & PYSIDE6
This Software uses third-party libraries including PySide6 (licensed under LGPL v3). The Qt and PySide6 trademarks and software remain the property of The Qt Company Ltd. You are granted rights to use these components in accordance with their respective LGPL/Open Source licenses. Other included libraries (OpenCV, NumPy, etc.) are used under their respective permissive licenses (Apache 2.0, BSD, MIT).

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. API COSTS
Game-Changing Translator is an interface for third-party AI services (Google Gemini, DeepL). Use of the Software does not include any API credits. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through these third-party providers.

By interacting with this Software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand its scope, and explicitly agree to be bound by its terms and conditions regarding commercial prohibition and redistribution.
