Why large-v2 isn't available?

First of all: amazing work, I've been trying to do something similar in Electron using whisper too.

I've been using whisper cli for almost 2 years now. And I found that large-v2 is better than v3 in my use case.

Is it possible to add this model?
I know its open source and I can modify it. But I'm not sure how to compile and display it correctly in the UI.
