Patch for /tmql4j-path/src/main/java/de/topicmapslab/tmql4j/path/components/navigation/axis/RoleTypesNavigationAxis.java

Currently the logic is that the optional topic is used to select the 
association type as well as filter the roleTypes.
The definition of the roleTypes axis in http://tmql4j.topicmapslab.de, though 
not all that clear, does specify that (in forward direction) "If the current 
node is a topic type, at first all association items of the topic type will be 
extracted." So the current node (when a topic) should be the filter on 
association type, not the optional node.
