Über Jar with all dependencies #57

It would be nice if a fat jar dist would be available.
Maybe one Jar for the TMQL draft 2008 and another for the TMQL draft 2010
Is that easily possible? I'm interested in the everything of the TMQL 2008
draft (maybe plus your modification language extensions). Tolog and SQL
translation is not needed.
