Description

Remove legacy code after TypeScript version is stable in production.

Tasks

• Wait 2+ weeks after cutover for burn-in period
• Verify no rollbacks needed
• Remove index.js
• Remove start:legacy script from package.json
• Update README and documentation
• Remove any deprecated utilities

• index.js

Files to Modify

• package.json (remove start:legacy)
• README.md (update instructions)

Dependencies
