how can i access previous chat history without going through welcome message everytime the page is reloaded,ie when history is autoloaded i get to see it goes through start flow

Hey @arunraikar, I assume you are already on v2. Unfortunately, there's no built-in configuration to achieve what you have described currently. The default behavior is that when the page is reloaded, a new conversation is started. There are plans to look at your described behavior down the road but there is no timeline for it, and it is still undecided if this will be built directly into the core library or via a plugin.

The good news - if you really require such a feature urgently, then the events and hooks available currently make it possible for you to implement it yourself (effort required to dive into the documentation) 🥹
