Includes later work around self-healing validation, process traces, browser-action provenance, Playwright draft readiness/script artifacts, verification/docs, and app demo path wiring.

Why this PR exists

Mengzhe is working from the PR #52 branch. Keeping this PR based on that branch lets him continue from the same foundation while the newer self-healing work remains separate.

Current truth

• The validation/promote path is heuristic: rows, required cells, source URLs, evidence, expected entities, and runtime diagnostics.
• Draft Playwright script generation only happens when the run has enough explicit browser-action trace data.
• Production cron replay and automatic script repair are still target-state work, not fully shipped product behavior.
