The integration is excellent. Just wondering if when the custom url is used to point to our server, to have the ribbon also display our conference name.

And allow it to be located in the main email screen, so we can pick it under New Items.

I am not completely sure which of the ribbons you refer to. Would you mind uploading a screenshot where you point out where you would like the conference name (you mean Room ID?) to appear?

I will look into if it can be added to the "New Items" menu on the main email tab.

Hello!

Thank you for the reply. Yes, under the new items on the main email section. They have new team meeting there. This way there can be an easier location to start or schedule the meet and not have to open up the calendar view.

But would like to change the name of the conference. So for example, instead of start a new jitsi meeting, we would put start a "XYZ meeting", so we can brand the conference tape.

You would need to make your own fork of the plugin to change the assets and names.
