I intend to install this on several PC's in an organization, and therefor want to install it as an administrator, and then let all users on those PC's access the plugin. Is there any way to do this?

Good day,
i can share my experience with you. you can modify your plugin as how you want in config file. then using GPO ( Group Policy Object ) install that using your Server to all the clients.
that is the easiest way that i can suggest you .
