目前投稿自动分P应该是检测标题，标题一样就分P，标题不同就新投稿。
有些场景下还是希望一场直播内的所有分段都在一个视频下分P。目前的话主播改标题就会导致上传新视频导致稿件有些乱。

这方面希望还能进一步优化一下，
