[Idea] Create custom crash screen with easy report

The general idea here would be to catch all exceptions, crashes, whatever you want to call it, and show a custom form with the ability to write a short description, put your name and if to send thcrap logs. Then all of this could be sent to our #support channel with a Webhook. (Yes, webhooka support file uploads for Discord)
Note that a message has a 25 MiB file limit.
