I added the basic decompression method. If we use the XML data also for browsing the variables, we can get all informations like the IDs and datatype also from the XML dataset. I think if we use the XML dataset for browsing, then this should be the only method for getting the information we need to keep the traffic low.

I haven't checked if there is a possible mismatch between what the plc delivers as XML data, and via the standard browse methods. If I remember correctly, this was a security issue in some firmware version, that you can fake a download where the sourcecode does not match the binary code in the plc.
