First-time user - Build procedure confusing

I just found out about this project and was hoping to use it as it seems to do what I'm looking for, but the 'Building' guidelines are quite confusing to me.

Is there a step-by step guide for using the Vibe code on Mint/Ubuntu, please?

I have tried installing the .deb package from the link but it just shows a red message saying "Error: dependency is not satisfiable (sic): libwebkit2gtk-4.1-0"

Isn't webkit used in web browsers?
