mount /dev/xvdc on stress nodes to /home/ubuntu during provisioning #125

If I SSH into my home dir, I've got a small root partition to work with when using the --csv option in tlp-stress. mounting the extra 80GB partition as XFS will let me run more stress programs and screw up less.
