html and css linking on IPad

hello, perhaps a noobish question incoming so, beware.

I'm attempting to link a stylesheet to my html file and although both are placed in the same folder when I run the script, the css changes are not applied. Do I need to specify more directly the file path?

haha nevermind. I just didn't have the files in the right order..
