Asterisk 14 - program freezes

I have set up a fresh Asterisk 14 installation on a second server. Now when I change the asterisk settings in desktop-crm to the new server address the program freezes and will not recover. In the asterisk console I can see that a connection was made though.

Is it possible to start the program in debug mode to get a hint what the problem is?

I've checked asterisk-java at github. It seems that Asterisk version 14 support was added 6 month ago.

I've tried to patch the asterisk-java 0.3.1 but it is not enough to add the version patterns. Still freezing.

The live server which is working is a Asterisk 13.1. So I wonder if this is a versioning problem at all.

It seems to be working now. I can successfully change the settings to connect to Asterisk 14 server. Havn't checked the call window for incoming calls yet but for outgoing calls it is working nicely. Yes, it is a versioning thing. In addition to the patch above - in org\asteriskjava\manager\internal\ManagerConnectionImpl.java changed the function protected AsteriskVersion determineVersion() accordingly. Problem is that the command "show version files" is not available anymore in Asterisk 14.
