Build for NodeJS

Looking at the crypto-utils I see no browser-specific APIs used, but the package is only built for browser use - see packages/crypto-utils/webpack.config.js#L5. I believe it can be built for NodeJS without any changes in the code, just the Webpack config.

Probably the same applies to the contract-utils.
