[Feature Request]: Update Modrinth Environment option. #26

Is your feature request related to a problem?
This would somewhat resolve the issues with server mods requiring this as a dependency.
Solution(s)
Modrinth has updated their Environment options, I believe that "Optional on server" or a similar environment would allow for mods to download this on the server, without confusing the user on where its required.
