[Bug][Grid] First row disappears on virtual scroll and grouping

Describe the bug
If you do some scrolls, expand /collapse some columns and then remove the groups , the first item is disappearing (you can see in the screenshot below).

To Reproduce

1. Open https://www.telerik.com/kendo-vue-ui/components/grid/grouping/grouping-virtual#virtual-scrolling-with-grouping
2. Make several scrolls
3. Expand/collapse some columns
4. Remove the groups

Result: Observe that the first item disappears.

Expected behavior
The first row should remain visible.
