[Bug][Scheduler] Setting `currentTimeMarker` to `false` does not work

Describe the bug
It is not possible to hide the currentTimeMarker - the red border remains visible even if the currentTimeMarker is set to false.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://stackblitz.com/edit/q3daul1r?file=src%2Fmain.vue,src%2Fevents-utc.js
2. Observe the vertical red line shown on the current time

Expected behavior
The current time marker should be hidden when the currentTimeMarker: false
