Current behavior
Gantt's column template can't be defined with the current implementation of the component. The same property is available in the Kendo UI for jQuery version of the component: https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/ui/gantt/configuration/columns.template
Expected behavior
Add the "template" functionality in the Kendo UI for Vue Gantt Wrapper component
