Problem with calculated wastewater_structure._depth - field

Description:
Copy reach-data from a geopackage to vw_qgep_reach. The rp_from_level and rp_to_level are unknown for some records, therefore is the level-value = NULL in this cases.
After the import the value rp_from_level / rp_to_level is not NULL, but is 0.00 (and the field length_effective is calculated not correct) and has to be corrected after the import.
The problem is hard, if the cover_level of the connected manhole is greater than 999.99. Because then the depth of the manhole is more than 999.999 and this is not allowed (error in Update qgep_od.wastewater_structure, see screenshot)
