sns.cqc.jp tejimaコミュニティであれば

sns.cqc.jp_tejima ディレクトリを表示する。閲覧権限はコミュニティ参加者のみ。

このディレクトリを共有ディレクトリとしておき、コミュニティメンバーと同期できるようにする。

という形式にする。
・アップロードはコミュニティ参加者のみ
・DLはコミュニティ参加者
・Fileを消せるのは、コミュニティ管理者のみ
